What does the color of an athlete have to do with anything? If you like the sport why wouldnt you watch it? Unless you are talking about black players not being permitted to play b/c of their color....then I would deff. not watch it.

No. I do not consider basketball a sport 'per se'. My definition of a sport is when an athlete does not have an advantage over another because of a physical characteristic, ie - height.

Well first chances of that are slim to none, second I don't watch basketball no matter what color the players are. I would consider watching more sports if all athletes were NAKED.

when i watch a basketball game i'm watching the ball not the color of the person with the ball.
No, I would not! If you exclude any segment that prohibits the game from providing the highest level of competition and entertainment value that it is a worthless product not worthy of my time.

No VC, Kobe, Shaq, Gilbert, Pierce, Duncan, Stat, etc etc etc... sounds like you would be watching a jump shooting contest. May as well format every game like the All-Star game 3 point contest.

Any sport that would eliminate a specific race from participating would fail pitifully. The public would not allow it and the Government would intervene prior to anything ever being implemented.

If it was just because of a racist thing, then definately not, why would you want to see anything but the best possible?
as long as the game is good. I would watch don't matter who plays. Colour does not matter
